    Screening may include:

    • Chlamydia and Gonorrhea testing

    • HIV screening

    • Syphilis testing when indicated

    • Trichomonas

    Testing recommendations follow CDC for guidance and are based on age, sexual activity, and individual risk factors.

    Hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause can impact overall well-being.

    Care may include discussion of:

    • Irregular cycles and hormonal shifts

    • Hot flashes, sleep changes, mood symptoms, vaginal dryness and bladder spasms
